The eSailor initiative is the development of a suite of electronic tools specifically designed for Recruit Division Commanders (RDCs), the RDC Management Suite (RDCMS). The first phase of the eSailor initiative is to migrate existing data to AWS Government services to deliver mobile technology providing Recruit Division Commanders time savings while vastly improving training eﬀectiveness and efficiency. Warrant also supports NSWC Crane's Base Wide Information initiative which provides systems, network, cyber-security, and software support to a broad number of programs and stakeholders within the naval depot. Additionally, Warrant supports the state of Indiana Family Social Services Administration and Bureau of Motor Vehicles in the design, development, and integration of custom training systems.

Warrant Technologies gears up for training and support of the RDCMS application suite. We are looking forward to begin training RDCs at Naval Service Training Command. Currently, RDC training is slated to begin in June 2018. The RDCMS suite will greatly improve the efficiency of the training experience for recruits.
